“SUSHI” has become the common language of the world.
This food consists our staple food “rice,” now called shari, and basically served with raw fish. Because of the delicacy, it requires reliable product control, accumulated skills, and unrelenting effort (which Sushi Shogun calls diligence). At first glance, the sushi may look the same. However, when you put it in your mouth, you can enjoy different tastes and sensations each time. We, Sushi Shogun, would like to deliver “SUSHI” with such a craftmanship to everyone in the world.

Overseas expansion of sushi business based on subsidized projects

As part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries export promotion project for agricultural, forestry and fishery products, we have been certified as a project to promote the establishment of a strategic supply chain for oversea markets.
Utilizing Japanese agricultural products and actively expand Japanese products overseas. Herewith, we aim to promote the JAPAN BRAND.

FROZEN SUSHI冷凍寿司

In the past few years, Japanese freezing technology has advanced dramatically, making it possible to freeze at -76°F (-60°C). This technology, which freezes cellular molecules in an instant, prevents the volume of water from expanding when it turns to ice. Sushi Shogun has made it possible to produce sushi that does not lose its flavor or produce drips even after thawing. At the same time, it enables us to deliver our products using shari, sushi rice, that has been added with technology which can maintains its deliciousness.

We will take the first step in releasing products in New York, which everyone recognizes as “the world’s gourmet city”. We spread the charm of sushi in borderless, over the world, to all classes and people. We aim to penetrate through stores, sales stores and deliveries.
